Instructors must be informed 48 hours in advance of cancellations, otherwise it is chargeable.

Driving test postponed by DVSA are a matter of the pupil and DVSA, the refund must be claimed by the pupil.

On the test day, if your driving instructors car breaks down, we are not responsible.

If you change your test date to a location that we do not cover, you will be charged a different price.

All lessons must be paid for in advance of the lessons through our website.

If you pay the instructor directly we are not responsible for any issues.

If you cancel your course we have the right to retain 10% of the cost of your remaining lessons as admin fees.

All courses must be completed within 3 months of the course start date, after that period the company will not be responsible for remaining lessons.

We reserve the right to refuse the use of the instructor or the car for practical test, if you have not reached a satisfactory standard.

If you are late for the lesson, the lesson will still finish at the arranged time.

If you miss a lesson, the lesson will still be charged as instructors reserved time for the lesson.
